The next scheduled meeting will be April 28, 2020. ​ ​ Region VII Board of Commissioners Meeting The Region VII Board of Commissioners meeting is held every 4th Tuesday of the month at our Starkville Office located at 302 N. Jackson Street, Starkville, MS 39759 beginning at 2:00 p.m. ​ The meeting is open to the public. Any questions can be directed to Karen Frye, Chief Personnel Officer at 662-524-4347. If you feel you are in need of mental health services you will need to schedule an intake. ​ Services are provided based on the county you reside in. Use the corresponding office number listed under LOCATIONS to schedule an intake appointment. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO THE INTAKE? Picture ID Proof of household income Social security card Insurance cards Proof of residence For individuals under the age of 18, birth certificate or proof of guardianship/custody papers List of current medications If coming from an inpatient facility, discharge paperwork from previous treating facility HOW MUCH WILL THE INTAKE COST? The intake fee is determined based on source of income and applicable insurance coverage. When contacting the appropriate county office to schedule an intake, the intake fee will be discussed at the time. Payment is expected at the time of service.
